AIR CONDITIONING
Each hotel room has individually adjustable air conditioning. The desired temperature can be set using the controller in the rooms. Please keep the doors and windows closed when using the air conditioner.
ALARMING SERVICE
You can request a telephone wake-up service at the reception.
BABY BEDDING
Upon request, we can arrange a baby cot or travel cot in the room,
bed linen and a bathtub, toilet reducer, stage.
Please let us know of your needs ,contact the maids or the hotel reception.
BATHROBE
Bathrobes are provided in the room and are free of charge.
BATHROOM ACCESSORY
Upon request, plastic seating can be provided in the bathroom upon request.

BATHROOM PRODUCTS
The following toiletries can be requested at the reception: toothbrush, toothpaste, razor + shaving cream, childrens swimwear for a fee. Free of charge:
ear cleaning, cotton pad, soap, shower cap, comb, sewing kit, shoe spoon.
BEDDING
Bed linen is changed once a week. If you require daily change of bed linen, please contact the maid or the front desk.
BICYCLE RENTALS
Bicycles for adults and children can be rented for exploring the sights of the area or for a pleasant ride in the village.
Bicycles can be rented at the hotel reception. Fee: 700 HUF / hour, 3000 HUF /day / bicycle.
BLANKET, PILLOW
If you need additional blankets or pillows, please contact the maids or the hotel reception!
CHARGERS / ADAPTERS
We provide adapters and chargers suitable for international use on request, please contact the reception
CHILDREN’S ROOM
It is located on the 1st floor of the building. It is free of charge. Ask for the key at reception.
CLEANING
Daily cleaning is available from 8am to 2pm. If you do not request any cleaning at any other time of the day, please use the external door handle card provided for this purpose. If you require extra cleaning, please contact the maids or reception!
CONFERENCE ROOM
Our hotel is suitable for conferences, symposia, teambuilding trainings, social and family events, exhibitions.
DRINKBAR
A drinkbar is available in the lobby from 0 to 24 hours.Offer : coffee and tea specialties, alcoholic and short drinks, cocktails, Balaton wine specialties, daily cakes made by our own confectioner.
ELECTRIC CAR CHARGER
Outside our hotel there is a ready-to-use electric car charging system waiting for those arriving by electric car. Further information on their use is available at the reception.

GAME ROOM
It is located on the ground floor of the building, behind the reception.Opening hours: 0:00 – 24:00. The soccer table and billiards operate with 200 Ft coins, money can be changed at the reception.
GYM
The gym is located on the gallery level.
Opening hours: every day from 08:00 to 21:00, ask for the key at the reception.
HAIR DRYER
All of our rooms are equipped with a hairdryer and in the wellness area you can use one in the changing rooms. The use of the hair dryer is free of charge.
HIGH CHAIR
The restaurant is also equipped with a high chair and children’s tableware. To use, please contact the restaurant staff.
INTERNET & WIFI
Free WIFI is provided throughout the hotel. The password for it can be found on the front desk, in the elevator and on each room floor.If you do not bring your own device, you can use the desktop computer or the Internet in the hotel lobby at the Internet corner.You can get more information at the reception.
IRON / IRONING STAND
Upon request, we provide an ironing stand and an iron in the room free of charge, please contact the maids or the reception.
LAUNDRY, DRY CLEANING (Indirect service-paying directly to the sercvice provider)
We provide laundry and dry cleaning service to our guests through our local partner.
A laundry bag can be requested at the front desk, and the laundry can be delivered at the front desk.
If the clothes are delivered before 9:00 am, the order will be completed within 12 hours. Please separate white and colored clothes before putting them in the bag.
Fee: for 24-hour commitment time: 6000 Ft / package, 72-hour commitment time: 3.000 Ft / package. Rates include laundry, ironing, shipping and taxes.
MANICURE-PEDICURE (Indirect service-paying directly to the sercvice provider)
It is located outside of the the building. Pre-registration required. For current rates, please inquire at reception.
MASSAGE (Indirect service-paying directly to the sercvice provider)
Our guests can choose from more than 15 types of massages. The massage room is located on the 2nd floor of the building. Please contact the front desk or the masseur for more information and booking.
MEDICAL PROCEDURES
Spa treatments can be found in the gallery-level corridor of the building.
Prior appointment is required, and treatments can be made after examination by a rheumatologist.
Available treatments: therapeutic massage, iontophoresis, ultrasound, TENS, magnetotherapy, medical wraps, water and individual gymnastics.
NEWSPAPER / MAGAZINES
Newspapers and magazines can be found in the lobby of the hotel at the reception. Please contact the hotel reception for more information.
NON-SLIP
If you need a non-slip bath in your bathroom, please contact the maids or reception.

The hotel’s spacious, air-conditioned restaurant offers half-board service, a rich buffet breakfast and a wide-ranging buffet dinner, with a varied menu from our master chef.

SAFE
To preserve your valuables, we have safes at the reception, which are free of charge.
One key to the chosen safe compartment stays with the guest and the other is at the reception,
and can only be opened together. Available 0-24 hours.
The hotel takes no responsibility for the valuables left in the room!
SHOE CLEANING SERVICE
You will find a shoe polish in the room.
Shoe cleaning is also possible on the ground floor of the building,there is a shoe cleaning machine next to the reception. It is free of charge.
SNACK BAR
It is open from 2 pm to 5 pm.
Supply: french fries, fitness salad, hot sandwiches.You can give your order at the drink bar and charge it to your room.

SOLARIUM
The standing solarium is located on the 2nd floor of the building. It works with a chip (1 chip 7 minutes = 1000 Ft). Ask for the chip and the room key at the reception.

SUN TERRACE
It is located on the outside of the building and is accessed through the wellness area. Opening hours are seasonal (weather permitting). Available free of charge.
